Members of the PAAA were given a unique opportunity to attend a presentation by eBay that provided an exclusive look behind the scenes and an insight as to how to make the most of trading on the global online marketplace.

 

ebay connects millions of buyers and sellers around the world and is eager to promote and expand the use of its well-established platform to the Performance Tuning sector. By connecting with the PAAA, eBay is aiming to attract product manufacturers and suppliers by offering a focussed showcase that enables them to extend their reach direct to a dedicated customer marketplace.

 

At a meeting that coincided with Time Attack’s Go Japan! and Tunerfest South shows at Brands Hatch on the weekend of 12th & 13th September, category manager for car tuning and styling at eBay Ian Faulkner provided an overview of eBay and how its marketplace works. He also surprised many with some impressive figures and statistics, before going on to explain with some detail how to advertise on eBay to achieve the best possible outcomes.

 

He offered members help and assistance when setting up to trade on eBay and how to take advantage of special introductory benefits. The company is very keen to work with PAAA members and is confident of the potential that exists for everyone concerned.

 

The meeting was very well received by the members who attended, with this exclusive opportunity and subsequent face-to-face introduction to eBay further endorsing the power of the PAAA and the benefits of being a member of the association.
