PAAA introduces National Quality Mark Programme

The PAAA mark stands for Quality, Performance and Service.

 

The national association that represents the performance tuning industry is pleased to announce its Quality Mark Programme. This brand-new initiative from the PAAA is the only scheme of its kind in the UK, exclusively available to PAAA Members and Associate Members.

 

Because of the strict entry criteria, enrolment means that member companies operate to extremely high standards of quality, performance, service and efficacy and therefore, the use of the PAAA logo endorses these inherent values. 

 

“Because the PAAA is the only national body to represent the interests and safeguard the rights of the performance tuning industry in the UK, it provides an important and unique service to its members”, explains PAAA Director David Power. 

 

“Like many trade bodies, membership requires companies to operate to extremely high standards. Therefore, when they see the logo, customers of PAAA members can rest assured they are dealing with a reputable and quality-conscious business and using top quality products.”

 

PAAA Code of Practice

 

Companies that are members of the PAAA adhere to a strict code of conduct and operate to the very highest standards of product quality and performance coupled to exceptional customer service. Before being accepted as a PAAA member, each application is reviewed to ensure that the invited company meets the membership criteria. 

 

The compliance with these guidelines and consequent acceptance means that customers can purchase goods and services from PAAA member companies with confidence.

 

Quality

 

Products manufactured and sold by PAAA members will have been designed, developed and tested to ensure they meet industry requirements and comply with local legislation for that product type. They will be constructed to a high standard that will meet, if not exceed, the expectations of the end user.

 

Performance

 

Products manufactured and sold by member companies are intended for use in the performance tuning and/or motorsport sectors. Focused design using state-of the art materials and innovative manufacturing processes, means products surpass the performance of the components they replace.

 

Service

 

Companies that are members of the PAAA are committed to provide excellent customer service. This is apparent by the way they communicate with customers and suppliers, their response times and warranty/refund policies. They will trade in an ethical manner and conduct their business in a socially responsible way.
